Marketing Director
The Marketing Director is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for drivingdemand generation, pipeline growth, and brand visibility for our retail inventorysolutions business. This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy and execution—from campaign development and content creation to analytics andoperations—while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.The ideal candidate blends creativity, data-driven decision-making, andoperational excellence in a fast-paced growth environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Pipeline Growth• Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads andpipeline.• Own digital marketing strategy (SEO, email, social, website optimization).• Manage lead nurturing, funnel performance, and ROI optimization.Product, Content & Brand Marketing• Develop compelling messaging and value propositions across Barcode, RFID,and related solutions.• Create sales enablement assets (product sheets, case studies, decks,competitive materials, videos).• Lead product launches and translate market and customer insights intopositioning and content.• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, verticals, and touchpoints.Analytics, Operations & Events• Build KPIs and dashboards to track marketing performance.• Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics).• Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customerevents with measurable ROI.• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.Collaboration & Leadership• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on GTM strategy,messaging alignment, and lead handoff.• Manage agencies, contractors, and creative partners.Core Competencies• Hands-on execution with strong strategic perspective• Data-driven optimization and performance measurement• Clear storytelling and value-based messaging• Cross-functional collaboration and adaptabilityExperience & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, retail tech, or enterprisesoftware preferred)• Proven success driving demand generation and pipeline growth• Strong content creation and storytelling skills• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot,Microsoft CRM, Marketo)
