If you thrive in a hands-on environment and want to be part of an industry leader, this is your opportunity to shine!What You'll Do:Set up and operate CNC machines Review programs, blueprints, and tooling requirementsHandle both production and prototype parts—often complex, always high precisionMake real-time decisions to keep quality and efficiency on pointRough and finish parts down to tight tolerancesWhat We're Looking For:Completion of a relevant trade school program.Ability to read blueprints and understand part specs.Strong math & computer skills.Experience in CNC machining; preferred experience in millingExperience in creating and editing CNC programs.Precision mindset and a knack for making accurate adjustments.Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools.Good communication and the ability to work independently as well as under general supervision.We are looking for individuals who bring passion, precision, and a collaborative mindset.
