Senior Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to help build and scale the financial foundation of a fast-growing creator economy business. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations Own day-to-day general ledger activities and maintain accurate account reconciliations Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support accounting system enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in entertainment or digital media Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals and general ledger accounting Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems Proven ability to operate in a startup or growth-stage environment
