Backed by the world's leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data security.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Global Payroll Manager to own and scale our multi-country payroll operations in the US, Canada, UK, and a growing population of remote employees across the globe. This role is responsible for end-to-end global payroll execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while continuously improving systems and processes. The Global Payroll Manager will partner closely with internal (HR, FP&A, etc.) and external providers to support our global payroll function. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and can design scalable processes that support our global workforce.RESPONSIBILITIES:Payroll Operations: Own end-to-end payroll operations for global employees including regular pay, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and taxes across multiple pay cycles (semi-monthly and monthly).Analytical analysis: Develop and maintain reports to verify payroll workflows as well as track KPIsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, FP&A, and external providers to align payroll with organizational strategy, compensation policies, and financial goals.Compliance and Reporting: Review and validate payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with local labor, tax, and statutory requirements.Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of global payroll processes, controls, and documentation to support scale, efficiency, and accuracy in a high-growth environment.Internal Resource: Become the main point of contact for all payroll related questions for our employeesRequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:6+ years of payroll experience for 1,000+ employees, ownership of multi-country and global payroll operations neededExperience with Sequoia, Deel, Remote, Workday, and HiBobStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.COMPENSATION INFORMATION:Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000.The range represents total compensation, and may include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.This compensation range represents Cyera's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
