QualificationsWe are looking for driven candidates with leadership experience and strong communication skills, all committed to making a tangible difference on critical issues. As a Canvass Team Leader, the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and achieve your team's objectives in staffing, campaigns, and fieldwork is essential. TrainingOur comprehensive training program starts with hands-on experience in an existing canvass office, combined with classroom training on social change strategies and skills. Throughout the year, both new and experienced leaders may participate in advanced sessions focused on staff management, canvassing techniques, campaign strategies, and other essential skills. LocationsWe prioritize campaigns in areas where the impact can be maximized. Canvass Team Leaders are expected to be flexible and ready to work in various locations across the country. Current campaign states include Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Minnesota, Texas, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California. Pay and BenefitsThe target annual compensation for this position ranges from $38,250 to $53,750, based on the role and location.
