What does an Outside Sales Representative Do? · Manage and develop a client portfolio providing client cost savings while increasing profitability · Sell and negotiate with mid-level management, warehouse managers and C-Level Executives · Manage client’s daily shipments · Proactively communicate, providing excellent customer service. · Identify & uncover organic growth opportunities within your client portfolio · Continuously achieve Customer Sales Rep metrics and KPIs · Negotiate pricing with clients and prospective clients · Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to a changing industry · Close deals with prospective clients · Think on the fly, multitask, demonstrate strong communication skills · Build dynamic, long-lasting customer relationships · Have fun and immerse yourself in a fun, fast-paced, exciting company culture!!
