Shift Details Shift Type: Day Shift Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shift Length: 12 hours Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Floating: In rotation with core staff and other travelers Responsibilities Provide critical care to ICU patients (2:1 ratio). Manage ventilators, sedation, and titrate medications. Assist with ICU procedures (trach, bronch, cardioversion). Monitor and assess patients continuously. Document in Meditech and communicate using AIDET standards.
