Client Operations Associate (Order Processing)
Join our team as a Client Operations Associate and become the backbone of our sales operations. You'll handle a wide range of tasks from processing sales orders and invoices to managing returns. Your attention to detail will shine as you calculate freight costs and coordinate shipments, ensuring smooth logistics for our team.With a focus on collaboration, you'll interact with managers, sales representatives, customers, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and allow our sales team to exceed our gross margin quota. Additionally, your proactive approach to customer service will be essential as you follow up on orders, provide tracking information, and ensure client satisfaction. If you're ready to play a vital role in driving sales success and delivering exceptional service, this role offers a platform for growth and impact within our team.Be Ready To…Order & Transaction ProcessingActively monitor the incoming requests to process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and returns according to company policies and proceduresHandle RMAs, RTVs, and commercial invoicesHandle Accounts Receivable follow-up with customersCalculate freight costs and coordinate courier/ LTL shipmentsManage most aspects of inbound purchases for the teamCommunication & Customer ServiceInteract with managers, sales representatives, customers, and vendors via email, telephone, and face to faceCommunicate with customers to follow up on orders; send tracking information and credit card receiptsGeneral Support & Special ProjectsAnswer phone calls from the inbound company call queueAd hoc projects as assignedWhat You Bring to Summit 360:Associate or bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferredImpeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skillsExcellent time management, problem solving, and prioritization skillsDisciplined work ethic with the innate ability to take initiativeWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteGeneral understanding of logistics coordination - domestic and internationalExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsIn depth understanding of and ability to follow processesPositive, can-do attitude with a focus on collaborationWhat We Do for You:Competitive Compensation.
