Certification and Licensing Board Certification: Board eligible physicians are welcome to apply; board certification is not required.State License: Must be licensed in Wisconsin or hold an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license.Required Certifications: BLS is required; other certifications (ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS) are not required.
