The unit has 30 ORs with a patient ratio of 1:1. Staffing includes OR RNs, Surgical Techs, OR Care Techs, Schedulers, and Anesthesia Techs. Various equipment is utilized in the Operating Room. The documentation system in use is Epic. The scheduling requirement is for a night shift block schedule with no call and no weekends. Experience working with Level II or Level I Trauma patients is essential. Staff members report a supportive management and a family-like atmosphere.
