TW delivers industry-leading material handling equipment and warehouse solutions focused on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.This is a field-based development role focused on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing small to mid-sized deals, with the objective to transition into a Sales Representative role with territory ownership within 6–12 months.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Generate new business through daily field prospecting and cold callingBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunitiesIdentify customer needs and introduce TW solutionsClose small to mid-sized deals to develop sales capabilitySupport larger opportunities in partnership with Senior Sales RepresentativesConduct product introductions and solution discussions onsiteMaintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity trackingContinuously follow up to advance deals through pipelineGrowth Path (6–12 Months)0–6 Weeks: Training + initial prospecting6–12 Months: Independent selling + support larger deals6 Weeks–6 Months: Pipeline build + close small dealsRequirements1–3 years in B2B sales or customer-facing roleStrong prospecting and communication skillsOrganized with strong follow-throughCRM experience requiredAbility to build rapport with decision-makersMaterial handling/industrial experience preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationSalary DescriptionSalary Range is $70,000 to $80,000 + Commission
