The ideal candidate for the VP of Finance position at the company will have a background in a similar business model, with a proven track record as a senior finance leader in a lower middle market company or as a #2 finance leader in a more established business. Experience in private equity and M&A is preferred, and the candidate should have at least 10 years of progressive career success.
