MUST SEND RESUME** We are a very busy and quickly growing property management company seeking a responsible and dependable office assistant with relevant experience. This position will work Monday through Friday, specific hours will be discussed in interview but will be full time. Office experience is required, especially Microsoft Office products (Excel) and Microsoft Windows. Duties can be, but are not limited to, any of the following: -Assisting walk-in tenants with questions, rent payments, etc. -Regularly answering front office phone calls from tenants and other company employees. -Creating, saving, and uploading files using current Windows systems -Regularly assisting others in the office -Reviewing repayment plans and rent rolls -Assisting with eviction proceedings paperwork -Communicating through emails and Microsoft Teams -Actively working with others on your team to complete tasks correctly and efficiently More information about working in our office: -We operate on a monthly pay schedule. -Employer-provided stand-up desks and multiple computer screens for work efficiency. -Large kitchen and multiple bathrooms for employee use. -Casual and comfortable dress code. -Friendly and supportive office environment!
