We're looking for a Head of Commercial to take a pivotal role within our Corporate Accounts division—driving profitability, shaping strategy, and safeguarding our commercial position across a diverse contract portfolio.This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead on complex negotiations, and turn commercial insight into measurable results.What You'll Be DoingAs Head of Commercial, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring we maximise opportunity while managing risk across the full contract lifecycle.Strategic Commercial LeadershipIdentify and drive profit growth opportunities while proactively mitigating commercial risksProvide expert guidance to Account Directors and Managers across all stages of the contract lifecycleSupport the win and retention of key accounts, ensuring strong GP and GM deliveryContract & Performance ManagementOversee key commercial processes including contract variations, notices, and compliance trackingEnsure annual pricing adjustments and indexation activities are delivered accurately and on timeMaintain robust and up-to-date contract documentation and data repositoriesOperational & Financial ImpactLead or support mobilisation and re-mobilisation activitiesDeliver commercial input into account turnaround strategies, re-pricing and contract reviewsPartner with operational teams to resolve disputes and manage claims effectivelyInsight, Risk & ReportingDevelop clear, actionable reporting on risks and opportunities, providing visibility to senior leadershipTranslate complex data into strategic recommendations and action plansCollaboration & LeadershipInfluence stakeholders at all levels, including senior client representativesProvide commercial training and mentorship to operational and finance teamsContribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projectsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a confident and credible commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Your Experience & ExpertiseProven success in a senior commercial role within the FM sectorDemonstrable track record of improving profitability and driving performanceStrong experience in contract management, pricing models, and payment mechanismsDeep understanding of SLAs, KPIs and performance-related risk mitigationExtensive experience in negotiation and dispute resolutionYour Skills & StyleYou are a confident and credible leader who can inspire and motivate teams to overcome challenges and deliver measurable results. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you build effective relationships and engage senior stakeholders with ease, influencing decisions and driving outcomes. You remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure, bringing resilience and positivity to complex situations. Highly organised and analytical, you are able to translate data into clear insights, supported by strong reporting and presentation skills.
