Head of GrowthLocation: London, UK / HybridEmployment Type: Full-TimeReports To: CEO / Founder / Chief Commercial OfficerAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Growth to lead and accelerate our next stage of business expansion. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across customer acquisition, revenue generation, market expansion, retention, and performance optimization.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, has a data-driven mindset, and brings proven experience scaling businesses in fast-paced environments. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to build sustainable growth engines and deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall growth strategy and execution roadmap to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Develop scalable growth frameworks across digital marketing, partnerships, product initiatives, and customer lifecycle management.Own growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, ROAS, MRR/ARR growth, and market penetration metrics.Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, customer segments, channels, and geographic markets.Design, implement, and optimize acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, CRM, and performance campaigns.Build data dashboards and reporting systems to monitor funnel performance and business outcomes.Lead experimentation initiatives including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and user behavior analysis.Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team while creating a culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable results.Provide regular insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA is considered an advantage.Minimum 7+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations, Digital Strategy, Business Development, or related leadership roles.Proven track record of scaling revenue, customer acquisition, or market expansion in high-growth environments.Strong understanding of growth funnels, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey optimization.Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience within AI, SaaS, Technology, FinTech, E-commerce, Consumer Platforms, or high-growth startups.Background in international market expansion and multi-region growth strategies.Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG), B2B SaaS, subscription models, or marketplace businesses.Prior experience in startup environments from Seed to Series B+ stages is highly desirable.What We OfferOpportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping company growth and long-term strategy.Direct exposure to executive decision-making and business expansion initiatives.Fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and impact.Competitive compensation package including performance incentives and potential equity participation.Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organization.We are looking for a growth leader who can move beyond traditional marketing execution and build scalable systems that drive long-term business performance.
