Position OverviewResponsible for establishing and optimizing the company's operational management framework, ensuring the efficient execution and realization of strategic objectives. Leads cross-functional collaboration to drive project delivery, process optimization, resource allocation, and organizational efficiency improvements, providing operational support for the company's global expansion and business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Execution ManagementTranslate corporate strategic plans into concrete execution roadmaps. Define key project objectives, milestones, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery.2. **Operational System Building**Establish standardized operational processes and governance mechanisms. Optimize organizational structures and business workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Drive digital operations and management automation initiatives.3. Project and Program ManagementManage a portfolio of major cross-functional projects. Coordinate efforts across Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and Business teams. Identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks encountered during project execution.4. Organizational Collaboration and Resource ManagementEstablish collaboration mechanisms across different regions and teams. Optimize resource allocation and budget utilization efficiency. Foster a culture of strong organizational execution.5. Performance and Operational AnalysisEstablish a system for monitoring key operational metrics. Analyze business data and provide recommendations for improvement. Report operational results to senior management on a regular basis.6. Global Business SupportSupport expansion plans for European and international markets. Coordinate business implementation across teams in different regions. Ensure operational activities comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree or higher. Majors in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering Management, or related fields are preferred. An MBA is preferred.Work Experience15+ years of experience in operational management, project management, or strategic execution. Experience within the FinTech, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Digital Assets industries. Management experience within global enterprises or rapidly growing organizations.
