With a strong focus on quality and performance, they are dedicated to creating an environment where employees can grow and make a meaningful impact.Role Summary The HR Manager serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to plant leadership, overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within a manufacturing environment. This role drives employee engagement, compliance, and talent development while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.This individual will lead key HR functions including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, training, and performance management. The HR Manager will also play a critical role in fostering a safe and productive workplace while supporting leadership in driving strong business outcomes.Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance activities • Supervise and develop HR staff while supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee development processes • Partner with leadership to implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Support plant safety initiatives including OSHA reporting, workers’ compensation, and training programs • Oversee recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes • Maintain accurate HRIS records and analyze workforce data to support decision making • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and engagement • Assist with compensation analysis, benefits administration, and employee communicationsKey Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3 to 5 years of HR experience or high school diploma with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience • 1 to 3 years of experience supporting HR functions within a manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms preferred • Ability to manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution effectively • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, on-site environment• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM CP preferredCall to Action If you are a hands-on HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
