Position SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to support key business functions. This role combines core HR operational responsibilities with consultative business partner duties—helping leaders build high-performing teams, guiding workforce planning, providing compensation insights, and supporting a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.The ideal candidate is a collaborative and resourceful HR professional with excellent judgment, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.Serve as the primary HR advisor for the R&D and Operations teams, providing strategic counsel and day-to-day support.Coach managers through employee relations matters, performance issues, and conflict resolution with a balanced, solutions-focused approach.Collaborate with leaders on initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and team culture.Support core HR operations by maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity.Design, coordinate, and facilitate employee training and development programs to support skill growth, compliance, and career advancement.Support all aspects of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback processes, and annual reviews.Oversee key aspects of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews, and collaborate with leadership to evaluate and improve individual and team performance.Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.Partner with Finance and department heads to support salary planning, merit reviews, and promotion processes.Leverage HRIS data and dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.Coordinate and execute company-wide events, including employee engagement and recognition programs.Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in accordance with business needs and compliance standards.Support core HR operations by maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.Support HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.Other duties as needed or required.QualificationsMinimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting business functions such as R&D, Engineering, or Operations.Proven track record in employee relations, compensation analysis, and performance management.Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build credibility across all levels.High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plus.
