Project Architect/Project Manager - Multifamily | Mixed-usePosition OverviewWe are seeking a talented Project Architect/Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring design excellence and enabling successful project delivery. This role requires a blend of architectural design skills and project management experience, focusing on affordable housing and student housing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multifamily and mixed-use architecture projects from concept to completion.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to establish project goals and expectations.Develop architectural designs and ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.Coordinate with consultants and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.Mentor junior architects and staff, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.Licensed Architect (AIA) and NCARB certification are highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects.Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.Strong understanding of affordable housing and student housing design requirements.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryBonusesMedical, Dental, VisionLife Insurance401kPaid HolidaysPTOFlexible working scheduleHalf Day Fridays
