Project Architect

AEB Strategic Talent is representing a search for a Dallas based Architecture Practice with an opening for a licensed Project Architect with healthcare project experience. 8+ years' experience preferred. Consideration will be considered for relocations and remote considerations for those outside of locations listed. This firm is looking for great people and are willing to be flexible!!!ResponsibilitiesThis role works closely with project teams to provide technical design support and direction on healthcare projects, ensuring strong coordination from concept through completion. Responsibilities include maintaining high responsiveness to internal and external partners, managing consultants, contractors, and vendor assignments, and supporting documentation development through technical leadership and team guidance. The position also involves promoting and engaging the broader team, nurturing client and industry relationships to help identify future opportunities, contributing to marketing efforts and presentations, and maintaining a positive, motivated approach to learning new skills and techniques.QualificationsQualified candidates must hold a professional degree in architecture and be a licensed architect, with proven experience in healthcare planning, design, and technical documentation. Strong Revit skills, knowledge of healthcare codes and standards, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams are essential. Ideal candidates communicate effectively with clients, manage multiple project priorities, and bring a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
