The role also requires the development of a team and the enhancement of claims analytics capabilities.Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in finance, analytics, or operational leadership within the insurance industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in property and casualty insurance, particularly in the Claims domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating complex operational data into actionable insights, leading financial planning processes, and managing teams effectively.
