The role demands a leader with a strong background in commercial real estate, financial underwriting, and operational management, as well as superior communication skills and a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with government officials. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of management experience, and a focus on large-scale construction projects and public-private partnerships.
