1st shift starting pay - $18 per hour2nd shift starting pay - $20 per hourPaint Prep/ Wash/Caulking.SummaryThe Paint Prep/ Wash/Caulking role prepares the product for painting by washing, masking, sanding and caulking product per instructions. The position is responsible for moving the product to the paint booth. The Paint Prep will also remove all tape and paper after the product is completely dry and maintains a clean and safe area. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all painting quality levels are met.Able to work overtime as needed, including extended hours and weekendsOther duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Incumbent will follow other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties from time to time if requested by management.Must be 18 years of ageRequired; High School Diploma or G.E.D EquivalentPreferred; Technical education courses, post secondary institutions, such as vocational and technical institutes, community colleges, and/or training through the U.S. Armed ForcesPHYSICAL DEMANDS
