This pivotal role demands a visionary financial leader with a deep commitment to mission-driven healthcare, particularly in the context of serving Alaska Native and American Indian communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of resources that directly support the organization's mission, with a focus on strategic financial planning, revenue cycle and strategy, budgeting, accounting, treasury management, and procurement. Additionally, the CFO/EVP will oversee the strategic management of the company's extensive facilities, ensuring that the infrastructure aligns with the delivery of high-quality healthcare and supports the organization's growth and expansion. Applicants for the CFO/EVP position at the company should have a proven track record in financial stewardship and a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare financial management, including revenue cycle management and development. The role requires a leader with strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, capable of driving financial planning and forecasting initiatives that adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA or CMA certification preferred, and a history of building and leading high-performing teams. While tribal healthcare experience is not mandatory, a deep understanding of Alaska Native and American Indian cultures is essential.
