Overview As an Operations Program Manager, you will own the cost, schedule, and quality of RMS production programs. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute plans, manage budgets and EVMS, and drive program launches from startup through delivery. The role sits within the RMS Manufacturing group and focuses on SEMS production lines in Orlando, FL and La Mesa, MX. You will influence process improvements and alignment across Engineering, Sourcing, and Quality to meet contractual requirements and business goals.
