Overview In this role you will drive program performance for RMS Manufacturing programs, owning cost, schedule, and quality across CAM-managed work packages. You’ll lead cross-functional IPTs, budgets, and EVMS processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for SEMS and MIC2 lines. You’ll influence program launches, design reviews, and process improvements that raise efficiency and customer satisfaction in defense systems.
