Project Engineer Sr - E3

Overview In this role you will drive production programs for RMS Manufacturing, owning budgets, schedule, and quality across multiple sites. You’ll lead cross-functional IPTs, guide program launches, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex systems. You’ll implement process improvements and leverage EVMS-era discipline to maximize value for mission-critical RMS products. This position offers hands-on leadership in a high-stakes, engineering-focused environment with meaningful impact on defense programs.
