Project Engineer Sr - E3
Overview
In this role you will drive production programs for RMS Manufacturing, owning budgets, schedule, and quality across multiple sites. You’ll lead cross-functional IPTs, guide program launches, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex systems. You’ll implement process improvements and leverage EVMS-era discipline to maximize value for mission-critical RMS products. This position offers hands-on leadership in a high-stakes, engineering-focused environment with meaningful impact on defense programs.

ResponsibilitiesOwn CAM budgets and earned value requirements for assigned programsLead proposals and author basis of estimates (BOEs) for Leading proposalsDrive new program launches and oversee end-item material deliveryCoordinate IPTs to ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherenceAnalyze and update program schedules; develop production startup requirementsEnsure execution of existing production lines and optimize workflowsPlan and coordinate engineering projects; review designs for compliance and release changesSupport technical reviews, briefings, and meetings; resolve design/test issues
