This role includes recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of primary care providers and specialists. Responsibilities focus on process improvement in clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management, and scheduling.The Medical Director contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement and compliance initiatives and participates in budgeting and strategic planning.
