Site Medical Director- FM Physician
Salary Range $230,000 to $280,000 + benefitsRequirements to apply:
Current MA MD or DO license
Board Certified Family Medicine physician; completion of accredited residency required
Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
Community health experience preferred
Administrative, supervisory, and clinical staff management experience, including budgeting, strongly preferred
We are seeking experienced physicians to fill two Site Medical Director positions in the Boston, MA area.Job Overview
The Site Medical Director provides clinical leadership while maintaining 16 hours per week of direct patient care. This role includes recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of primary care providers and specialists. Responsibilities focus on process improvement in clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management, and scheduling.The Medical Director contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement and compliance initiatives and participates in budgeting and strategic planning. This role provides administrative oversight of clinical, operational, and educational functions and plays a key role in practice transformation, including continued implementation of the patient-centered medical home model and innovative care delivery strategies.What are the benefits?
