Job Details: Department: Family Medicine. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Shift: Day. Schedule: Regular Full-time. Work From Home: No. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical illnesses. Provide preventive care, including annual checkups and health risk assessments. Manage chronic conditions and coordinate hospital care as needed. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers. Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Community Engagement: Develop strong ties with patients and the local community. Build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. What You Can Expect: Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work. Flexible Schedule: Includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Practice Hours: Monday ??? Friday, with variations by day, and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. ??? 12:00 p.m. Average Outpatient Volume: 18 - 21 patients per day. Mentorship: Receive strong mentorship from existing providers.
