ObGyn physician job in District of Columbia : Opening not far from DC for hospital employed Ob/Gyn where rebuilding and expansion of services is requiring recruitment of dedicated physicians to join a growing, mission-driven team. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 5 outpatient call shifts per month. A dedicated surgical day is built into the weekly schedule and reduces one office day. Four new ORs are being added to this facility in a huge building project. Robotics surgery available. The department has highly dedicated PAs, Nurse Midwives, Laborists and experienced clinical staff including strong administrative support. Competitive salary based on experience and skills plus extensive benefits and sign on bonus, matching retirement plans, and more are being offered. They can accept H1b candidates but not fulfill any J1 requirements.This area has a population growth rate of 40-50% in the next five years thus the need for more Ob/Gyns. The service area includes rural to suburban population including underserved Hispanic and African-American communities.
