Registered Nurse-Emergency Department (Day Shift)Location: Cambridge, MA, 02138Shift: 12-hr RotatingDuration: 13-weeksGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekWeekly Pay Rate: $2,448 - $2,628; (Negotiable based on experience)Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate medical staff.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and smooth transitions.Respond promptly to emergency situations using sound clinical judgment.Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.Required Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Experience:Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department or Telemetry experiencePrevious travel nurse experience preferredCertifications:Active Massachusetts RN License (unencumbered)BLS (Basic Life Support) - RequiredACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - RequiredReady to join us?
