If you're the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.The RoleAs a Senior Client Experience Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class wealth management experience for Farther advisors and clients. You'll support that exceptional client experience by flawlessly executing the financial operations required for advisor onboarding, client onboarding, ongoing requests, and any complex needs. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to continually push the boundaries of wealth management. As a member of Farther's client experience team, this is an opportunity to have a huge impact - not just on the company, but on the entire wealthtech industry.Your ImpactAct as the key relationship manager for Farther advisors and clients by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channelsAssist clients with account opening, transfers, and other ongoing tasks - while also acting as a liaison with our custodians to confirm completion of requestsMonitor client accounts and proactively address issues as they ariseIdentify opportunities to improve the client experience function and work with the Product and Engineering teams and other team members to implement changesEstablish and maintain positive and effective relationships with Farther's advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors to ensure client satisfactionThe Ideal MatchBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 6 of those years of previous work experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, and with a majority of that time spent working at an independent RIAStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with advisors and clientsExperience with custodial and wealth management platforms and CRM systemsHighly organized, with exceptional attention to detailTeam player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethicComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasksBonus PointsComprehensive knowledge of financial products, including separately managed accounts (SMAs), and alternative investmentsPassion for creating increased efficiencies within current operational processes for the business and servicing of clients
