Addison Avenue Investment Services, the investment division of First Tech Federal Credit Union, is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist to support a well‐established Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a long‐standing, high‐quality book of business.This role is ideal for a detail‐oriented, client‐focused professional who thrives in a fast‐paced wealth management environment and wants to play a meaningful role in delivering an exceptional client experience within a growing, well‐respected investment program. You will act as a key partner to the Financial Advisor, helping manage client relationships, workflows, and operational excellence across the full client lifecycle.Client Service & Relationship SupportCoordinate and oversee the client onboarding process, including more complex, high‐net‐worth relationships, while adhering to all compliance standardsFulfill client requests and resolve service-related issues ensuring all interactions are updated in CRMCommunicate regularly with clients via phone, email, mail, and digital channels to support review meetings, events, educational outreach, and client engagement initiativesInvestment & Planning SupportPrepare materials, reports, and presentations for client meetingsInput and maintain client data within financial planning software, including goals, asset allocation, budgeting, savings strategies, and long‐term planning assumptionsFacilitate trade execution and investment transactions per advisor direction and firm policyDiscuss investment products and strategies in alignment with advisor recommendations, client risk tolerance, and stated objectivesOperational Excellence & ComplianceMaintain organized, compliant client records consistent with FINRA, OSJ, and Insurance Agency requirementsUtilize workflows and task management tools to coordinate service activities and ensure deadlines are metGenerate and manage client experience plans and touchpoint trackingExecute administrative and operational duties that support the overall success of the advisory practiceBusiness Development & Team SupportTrack and follow up on new leads from referrals, educational events, and outreach effortsSupport appreciation and educational events for clients and credit union partnersProvide occasional mentorship, training, or onboarding support to new or less‐experienced associatesExperience & Skills:Minimum 3 years' experience in investment support or administration, or similar experience in a client facing support role with an investment/wealth management companyStrong understanding of investment products, advisory workflows, and client service best practicesAdvanced experience with CRM platforms and financial planning software preferredExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‐throughAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment independentlyProfessional communication skills with the discretion required for sensitive financial mattersExpert proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteLicensing & Education:* FINRA Series 7 + Series 63 or 66 (or equivalent) required* Associate's level degree or equivalent relevant work experience requiredLocation:This role supports advisory operations across the Beaverton / Greater Portland metro area, including time spent at:* Cedar Hills Experience Center* Hillsboro Corporate OfficeCompensation:Target Compensation in Oregon: $72,000 to $91,000This range reflects:Annual base salary: $60,000 to $73,000Annual incentive plan: $12,000 to $18,000, based on current productionBenefits:Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage401K matching up to 5% per pay periodPaid Time Off: You'll accrue up to 15 vacation days in your first year. In addition, you'll receive 40 hours of sick time and 3 personal days, which refresh annually11 paid federal holidaysSpecial employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria)What makes First Tech different?
