This Gastroenterology Locum Tenens position is located in South Carolina Location: Near Myrtle Beach (Inquire for specific location) Duration: May 2026 - OngoingReason for coverage: Permanent search openSchedule: 1 seven-day block per monthShift: Mon, 7a Mon, 7aScope: 24-hour hospital call, Endo lab (half day block), answering consults as they arise, and covering 2-3 HALF days of clinic during that week stretch.-Clinic is required so that Physician can follow the patients that they have seen in the hospital and/or has performed scheduled procedures on.-Procedures include EGD, Colonoscopy, Flex Sig (no EUS or ERCP)Clinic: Hours: 8 a 11:20 a, 2-3 days per week, we can adjust appointment durations to their preference1 PA, 1 MA in clinicClinic Volume: 3 patients/hourENDO: Hours: 8a 12p, 2-3 days per week, we can adjust appointment durations to their preference1 RN, 1 CRNA, 1 techVolume: 8 cases her dayInpatient/hospital:1 NP managing initial consults while doctor is in clinic/endo suite, M-FVolume: lowEMR: EpicAffiliated Hospital: No trauma, Community hospital supporting the clinic, 155 bedsRequirements (boards, license): Board certified with South Carolina license at time of application and DEA (that can stay in SC), CSR or willing to apply
