Bilingual Administrative Support Supervisor

Administrative Support Supervisor Lead the team that keeps everything running Are you an organized, people-centered leader who thrives on structure, collaboration, and making things run seamlessly? We're looking for an Administrative Support Supervisor to oversee and elevate our administrative operations across multiple sites. This is more than an office management role it's an opportunity to lead a team, create consistency, strengthen communication, and contribute to the overall success of a mission-driven organization. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team Supervise and coordinate administrative support staff across agency sites Recruit, train, mentor, and support professional development Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability Ensure Operational Excellence Standardize administrative procedures across all sites Oversee supply ordering and inventory management Ensure timely completion of administrative projects Monitor data entry accuracy and workflow quality Maintain mail distribution and reception operations Be the Hub of Communication Provide reception coverage as needed Manage incoming calls and visitor interactions with professionalism Assist with written and oral translation of agency documents (Spanish preferred) Support cross-site meetings and coordination Support the Bigger Picture Participate in agency committees and task forces Collaborate across departments to address programmatic needs Engage in ongoing professional development and supervisory training What You Bring High school diploma (minimum required) Administrative supervisory experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with computer applications and office systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, welcoming telephone and in-person demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality Bilingual Spanish preferred Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Flexibility to work varied hours when needed Why Join Children's Friend?
