Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Minimum of 2 years ER RN experience required • Must work every other weekend and holidays • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (mandatory) • Ventilator experience required • Must wear red scrubs • May float to Medical Surgical or ICU units • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task required • Good written and verbal communication skills essential • Assess patients' clinical conditions and recognize serious situations • Initiate appropriate emergency measures when physician not immediately available • Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors • Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed including medications and IV therapy • Document observations, nursing interventions, and coordinate care between disciplines • Plan and develop care delivery implementation and coordinate documentation • Maintain adequate supplies and equipment while preserving safe environment Facility: This community hospital provides comprehensive emergency services and specialized care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
