You will work closely with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to build reliable APIs, modern front‑end experiences, and intelligent automation capabilities.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and microservices architecture.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs supporting enterprise‑scale applications.Build responsive, high‑performance front‑end features using React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.Apply OpenSpec and spec‑driven development practices to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across engineering teams.Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate specifications into technical designs and implementation plans.Implement AI‑related enhancements such as intelligent automation, workflow optimization, and model‑driven features using modern AI tools and frameworks.Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging Kubernetes (GKE), Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, and related services.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable deployments, automated testing, and environment consistency.Develop scalable microservices with strong observability, logging, and monitoring practices.Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery, including code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning.Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across the full stack.Contribute to modernization initiatives, refactoring legacy components into cloud‑native, spec‑driven services.Qualifications6–10+ years of professional software development experience.Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.Hands‑on experience building front‑end applications with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI tooling.Experience working with OpenSpec, spec‑driven development, or similar structured specification frameworks.Solid understanding of AI‑related development, including workflow automation, intelligent features, or model integration.Strong experience with GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, etc.).Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservice deployment.Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud‑native patterns.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams.Preferred SkillsExperience with OpenAPI/Swagger, gRPC, or event‑driven architectures.Familiarity with AI agents, LLM‑driven development, or spec‑to‑code workflows.Experience with Terraform, Helm, or other infrastructure‑as‑code tools.Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and microservices environments.Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
