Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, Split Shifts)

If so, come join our dynamic and growing company!Responsibilities:Manage incoming/outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service to internal departments, customers, and restaurants.Receive and handle customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company standards and policies to ensure timely resolution.Receive, process, and enter orders into the company ordering system.Review and proof all orders for accuracy.Assist with order pick-ups for from wholesale and retail clients.Print invoices, maintain records, and assist with requests from the Operations Teams.Provide delivery updates to wholesale and retail clients.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and all company policies.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience providing exceptional customer service.Strong phone contact handling skills and great active listening skills.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google products.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide), with high attention to detail.Work well under pressure with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage time effectively.Professional "go-getter" who understands what it takes to provide exceptional guest service.Excellent communications skills and confidence, with a positive attitude.Trustworthy with strong work ethic and integrity.Speak English fluently and coherently. (Bilingual a plus!)Work Hours and Availability:This is a part-time position based out of the San Francisco location.The work schedule for this position is:Monday and Tuesday (Nights): 12:00am 8:00amFriday and Saturday (Days): 8:00am 4:00pmDays off: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday* Must be available to work weekends and some flexibility is required.Compensation and Benefits:The pay scale for this position is $22.50 $31.25 per hour. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying employees, including paid time off, medical, vision, and dental insurance.
