Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will design, oversee, and evaluate behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities, ensuring the highest standard of care based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Design and supervise ABA therapy programs tailored to each client's needs and goalsProvide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staffCollect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyCollaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of programsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and funding requirementsConduct parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across settingsEnsure all services are delivered in compliance with the BACB Ethics Code and applicable state regulationsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional developmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
