Job Title: Labor and Employment AttorneyType of Position: Full Time (Hybrid)Salary Range: $150,000 - $300,000 per yearHours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.At Law Brothers, located in Beverly Hills, California, we are passionate about advocating for individuals harmed by unlawful workplace practices. We are seeking a seasoned Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong litigation and/or advisory background, extensive knowledge of California’s complex employment statutes and regulations, and the ability to navigate fast-changing compliance requirements. This role requires a commitment to representing clients with integrity, tenacity, and compassion, along with excellent advocacy and legal judgment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on compliance with California and federal employment laws, including FEHA, FLSA, CFRA/FMLA, ADA, wage and hour laws (overtime, meal/rest breaks, exemptions), harassment, discrimination, and retaliation lawsDraft, review, and update employment-related documents (employee handbooks and policies, employment, severance, and independent contractor agreements)Handle employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, wage and hour class actions and PAGA claimsRepresent clients before administrative agencies (e.g., CRD, DLSE, EEOC)Conduct workplace investigations and advise on corrective actionsProvide strategic counseling to employers on risk management and best practicesStay current on changes in California employment law and court decisionsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the California State Bar2+ years (or as required) of employment law experience in CaliforniaStrong knowledge of California labor and employment statutes and regulationsExcellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple matters and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and client-communication skillsWhat we do for youHighly competitive pay.Unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement.9 additional paid holidays.Team outings and sponsored events.401K.PPO medical insuranceGreat dental, vision, and life insurance programs.
