We're partnering with a leading organization to find a high-impact operator who can bring structure, ownership, and momentum to a global Partner Management Framework initiative.This is not a coordination role — it's for someone who can step in, take the lead, and drive execution with minimal oversight.What makes this role different:You'll act as the central driver of a complex, cross-functional effort to formalize how partners are managed end-to-end — from intake to onboarding, performance, and exit.You'll be expected to connect the dots, push timelines, and bring thought leadership, not just follow a playbook.What you'll own:Driving timelines, deliverables, and overall execution of a Partner Management FrameworkBuilding and maintaining centralized documentation and process repositoriesDesigning partner lifecycle processes (intake → selection → onboarding → performance → exit)Acting as a quality gate + reviewer across all documentation and workflowsPartnering with business, operations, compliance, and technical teamsHelping define automation opportunities (AI/tools) to scale processesBringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring forward momentum across workstreamsWe're specifically looking for someone who:Has 10+ years in partnerships, vendor management, operations, or program managementIs a strong project manager who drives timelines without handholdingHas experience building frameworks, not just executing within themCan operate as an independent owner (low guidance, high accountability)Brings strong documentation and process design skillsHas exposure to working with technology teams/systems / automation (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)Thinks like an SME and contributes strategically in addition to executing
