Apparel pattern maker

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining patterns for our apparel products. Responsibilities Develop accurate patterns based on design specifications and technical drawings Collaborate with production teams to translate concepts into workable patterns Use manual techniques to create, adjust, and refine patterns Ensure patterns are consistent with sizing standards and fit requirements Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired fit and silhouette Organise pattern archives and maintain detailed records of modifications Qualifications Proven experience as a Pattern Maker within the fashion industry Strong sewing skills with an understanding of garment construction Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to interpret technical drawings and design sketches accurately Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion design, with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
