Job Title: Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) - Direct Primary CareLocation: Jefferson, OH ( In-person)Job Type: Full-time / Part-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our innovative Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. This role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalized primary care to a smaller patient panel, focusing on prevention, wellness, and long-term health outcomes without the administrative constraints of traditional fee-for-service medicine.As a DPC physician, you will manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing evidence-based care and continuity of care. Our model allows for longer patient visits, direct communication, and minimal administrative burden, giving you the autonomy to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.Manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing prevention and wellness.Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.Maintain continuity of care and build long-term relationships with patients.Engage directly with patients for consultations, education, and follow-ups.Participate in low-volume on-call rotation as needed.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.Experience in direct patient care, preventive health, and acute care.Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.Open to new graduates; experience with pediatrics is a plus.Work Schedule:* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM* Minimal on-call responsibilityBenefits:401(k) and 401(k) matchingPaid time offMalpractice insuranceby Jobble
