With live operations across seven European markets and major U.S. hubs, and additional countries entering the pipeline, they are widely regarded as one of the most ambitious privately backed developers in the sector.With long-term capital support, fully integrated in-house development capability, and a multi-GW forward pipeline, the organisation is accelerating delivery across Europe – building next-generation campuses that combine scale, sustainability and speed to market.The RoleAs Director, CSA Design, you will:Lead CSA design strategy and execution across multiple hyperscale developments in Europe and North AmericaAct as the senior CSA authority on site, driving consultants and contractors to achieve quality, programme, safety, and cost objectivesShape and enforce company-wide CSA design standards across a growing international portfolioChair design reviews and technical workshops, ensuring alignment between programme standards and project deliveryReview submittals, RFIs, and consultant reports, proactively resolving technical and compliance challengesRepresent the business at Owner–Architect–Contractor (OAC) meetings as the CSA subject matter expertEnsure all CSA installations align with design intent, operational requirements, and long-term asset performanceSupport commissioning, system testing, and handover, conducting root cause analysis and embedding lessons learned into future buildsServe as the critical interface between Development, Construction, Operations, and Commissioning teamsThe PersonYou will bring:A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, backed by a track record delivering complex, ground-up projectsSignificant experience leading CSA scope within large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical environmentsA practical understanding of how to translate design intent into efficient, high-quality site deliveryThe confidence to challenge external consultants and contractors while maintaining programme alignmentA hands-on approach to resolving technical issues in the field and driving compliance with standardsFamiliarity with digital construction and coordination platforms used across major capital programmesThe ability to manage multiple fast-track developments simultaneously without compromising detail or qualityStrong commercial judgement and the presence to influence senior internal and external stakeholdersSalary & BenefitsPerformance-based bonusLong-term incentive planComprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability cover401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysClear progression pathway within a rapidly scaling European development platformIf you want to lead CSA design at the forefront of Europe's hyperscale expansion and shape the next generation of data centre campuses, please apply now.J-18808-Ljbffr
