You approach every situation with a YES! attitude and seek to find a solution to all opportunities that arise.What Will Be On Your Plate?Job Title: Floral ClerkDepartment: FloralReports To: Floral ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Floral Clerk is responsible for providing service that exceeds the expectations of customers by performing the following duties (other duties may be assigned):Confers and plans arrangements according to customer's request based on cost or selects appropriate standard design patternAssists in the design and sales of all live, cut-dried, and artificial floral and floral arrangementsUnpacks, cleans, and re-cuts fresh flowers; un-sleeves green and blooming plants; displays complementary accessoriesProcesses flowers; cleans containers, re-cut and cleans flowers; maintains display and rotation; pinches back tired plant productsPlant maintenance, watering, upgrading, unpacking, and displayingShare product knowledge with customers; educate them on care and handling.Assists customers with a smile and a willing attitude.
