This role sits at the center of that.You'll take ambiguous, high-stakes operational problems and turn them into real systems that customers rely on. This is not backlog management — it's problem definition, system design, and shipping.What You'll DoLead discovery on complex, real-world operational problemsBreak down messy workflows across people, systems, and dataTranslate ambiguity into clear product direction and system designPartner deeply with engineering to build and ship AI-native solutionsDefine how decisions get made — interfaces, logic, and agent behaviorWork directly with customers and domain experts to validate what mattersContinuously reprioritize as new information emergesHelp shape early product culture, speed, and standardsWhat They're Looking For~5+ years in product, systems, or technical solution design rolesStrong instinct for problem framing before solutioningSystems thinker — comfortable in integration-heavy, ambiguous environmentsAble to operate across technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarityExperience building alongside engineers on technical productsHigh ownership, low ego, moves fastNice to HaveExperience with workflow-heavy or enterprise softwareExposure to AI / decision systems / automationEarly-stage or founding team experienceCompensation$150,000-250,000 + equity + benefits
