Job SummaryShaw Boiler and Mechanical is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support our service operations by preparing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring timely communication with customers regarding billing documentation.This role works closely with service technicians, account managers, and the accounting department to ensure work orders are properly documented and invoiced.The ideal candidate will have experience with service billing, work orders, and customer invoicing in a service-based business environment.
