Billing Analyst

Job Description Venture Dynamics has an exciting opportunity to fill a Billing Analyst Position with a client in their Finance department. This position is located in Norfolk, Virginia. The hours are 7am - 4pm with a 1hour lunch.Job Requirements:Ensures that invoices are submitted accurately and in accordance with contract termsManages accounts receivable cycleSupports daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functionsAssists on special projectsKey Requirements:No accounts receivable profiles- needs to focus on billing, not collectionsTrue billing experience required (govt contracting environment preferred)Reconcile labor hours, material costs, subcontractor invoices, overhead, and G&A ratesStrong Attention to detail a must- line item billing and high volume reviewFamiliarity with CVN billing and purchase ordersCostpoint experience preferredMaintain organized electronic files for all billing transactions in accordance with document retention policies and security requirements.This is not an Entry-Level Position. Seeking someone with hands on experience.
