You will identify high-impact opportunities, define product roadmaps, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across functions like Order management, Purchasing, Product delivery, Billing, Revenue, R2R.**Key Responsibilities**Most people are talking about what AI _could_ do. We're looking for a **Product Manager** who is busy figuring out what it _should_ do for Finance and Sales Operations.We have a massive opportunity to rethink how we handle the "backbone" of our business-everything from Order Management and Billing to Revenue Recognition. We don't just want a visionary; we need a practitioner who knows how to get a model out of a sandbox and into a production workflow where it actually moves the needle.**Who you are:**+ **You've done this before.** You have 7+ years in PM, specifically navigating the complexities of Finance or Sales Ops.+ **You've shipped.** You have a track record of launching actual AI/ML products (and you have the "scars" to prove how hard it is to get them into production).+ **You know the tech stack.** You're comfortable navigating Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle, and you understand how data flows through an enterprise B2B environment.+ **You're obsessed with ROI.** You care more about efficiency and accuracy metrics than the latest buzzwords.**Why join us?** Our team is lean, highly innovative, and we actually give our PMs the autonomy to lead. If you're tired of building "AI features" that nobody uses and want to build a transformation that matters, let's talk.**Qualifications****Required Qualifications**+ 8 years of experience in product management focused on Finance or Sales operations with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.+ Proven track record of delivering production-level AI/ML products.+ Hands-on experience transforming processes such as Order-to-Cash, CRM optimization, or Revenue Recognition.+ Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of data analytics.+ Partner with data science and engineering teams to manage products from concept to production, ensuring model accuracy and compliance.+ Establish KPIs to measure operational efficiency and iterate based on user feedback.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems.+ Familiarity with Generative AI and experience in Enterprise B2B environments.+ Background in Finance or Revenue Operations.**Compensation Disclosure**The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
